LEARN HOW TO LOG ON TO THE LRNC MEETING-ROOM

 You will be sent an invitation to log-on to an LRNC meeting.  When you receive the e-mail, follow these instructions.  The more you log-on, the easier it gets.  Remember, this is the 21^st century.  Work through the pain, not just up to it.  Don’t say, “I can’t do it,” or “I’ll never learn this.”  Don’t be a loser.  Be a winner for Christ.  We are responsible to witness in our generation, not live in the obscure past.  Here’s what you need to do.  if you have difficulty, call me (501-944-1678 cell) or e-mail me at brettell@brettell.org.

 Follow these steps:

WEBEX (the e-mail link will take you to this page)

 Join Meeting Now (dialogue box)

Your name:  ??? ????????

Email address:  ////////@////////.///

Password:  xxxxxxxxxxxx (you will find this in the e-mail you receive)

FORMCHECKBOX  I would lie to take a free Webex trial (email required) – leave blank

 Join Now (button)  click on this button

You do not need to click on View Agenda

You do not need to click on Add to My Calendar

 Please note the line on this page: Before you join the meeting, please “click here” to make sure you have the appropriate players to view UCF (Universal Communications Format) rich files in the meeting.  Go ahead and “click here” and view the results.

BROWSE MEETINGS

locate the meeting you are to join

To Join the Meeting

Either

1.  Click the yellow Information Bar at the top of the page

2.  Choose Install Active X Control

3.  In the security warning dialog box that appears, click Install

 Or

1.  Click on the “Click Here” button

2.  Click Run in any dialog box that appears.

If you click on the yellow information Bar click “Install ActiveX” Control

Click the “Continue” button if requested

Click “Install” if requested to do so

Click “Run” if requested to do so

You have now entered the meeting!!  Your name should have appeared as one of the “Participants” in the upper right hand corner.

Join Teleconference (dialogue box)

Click “OK”

As soon as Dr. Jim (the meeting’s HOST) clicks on his Integrated VoIP (Voice IP), a dialogue box will appear on your screen titled “Join Integrated VoIP.”  It says, “Your host has started an Integrated VoIP session.  Do you want to participate.  Click “Yes.”

YOU HAVE NOW SUCCESSFULLY ENTERED OUR WEBEX MEETING.  WELCOME TO THE 21^st CENTURY OF TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION.  I AM PERMITTED TO HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 25 PARTICIPANTS IN ANY MEETING THAT I CONDUCT.
